About the Role

The DevOps Engineer is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and reliability of the company’s cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on deploying, monitoring, and optimizing cloud-based systems while automating processes to support efficient development and operations. He/She will collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, enhance system performance, and drive continuous improvement in system reliability and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the deployment, operation, and monitoring of the company’s cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS / GCP / Azure) to ensure stable and efficient performance.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient continuous integration and version releases.
• Monitor system performance and service availability, respond to incidents promptly, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and security teams to ensure smooth product delivery and system stability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for application deployment, log management, and system monitoring.
• Implement and maintain system security, firewalls, data backup, and recovery strategies.
• Provide incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, continuously improving system reliability.

• 3–5 years of experience as a DevOps or Operations Engineer.
• Familiar with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficient in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Shell or Python.
• Familiar with common monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, security, and databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
