Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead DevOps adoption across the team, driving modern engineering practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud automation, and site reliability engineering (SRE)
  • Design, build, deploy, operate, and continuously improve highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-based platforms and services
  • Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable, automated builds, testing, and deployments across multiple environments
  • Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), ensuring consistency and repeatability
  • Provide technical leadership for cloud operations, containerization, orchestration, and platform engineering (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS)
  • Partner with product management, architects, and engineering teams to support application modernization, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
  • Drive alignment with enterprise DevOps, cloud, and security strategies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards
  • Ensure operational excellence through solid practices in monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and root-cause analysis
  • Production stability, performance, cost optimization, and reliability of platforms and services
  • Mentor and coach engineers on DevOps tools, cloud best practices, automation, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with security teams to embed DevSecOps practices including vulnerability management, secrets management, and access controls
  • Exercise independent judgment to prioritize, plan, and manage DevOps initiatives, platform roadmaps, and technical debt reduction
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Graduation
  • 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or DevOps experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud infrastructure
  • 6+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
  • 6+ years of experience supporting web applications and APIs in production environments
  • Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including compute, networking, storage, and managed services
  • Solid knowledge of security, IAM, secrets management, logging, monitoring, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and high availability architectures
