How you succeed
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to lead the administration, maintenance and lifecycle management of our DevSecOps toolchain. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing security tools and leveraging AI capabilities within DevSecOps platforms to enhance automation, threat detection and operational efficiency while ensuring all tools are up-to-date, secure and compliant with internal and external standards.
What you do
Tool Administration & Maintenance:
Administer and maintain all DevSecOps tools including Blackduck Hub, Coverity , Contrast, Jenkins and SonarQube.
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of these platforms.
Upgrades & Patch Management:
Plan and execute regular upgrades and patches for all tools and underlying infrastructure.
Ensure tools are running on non-vulnerable versions and platforms and are free from known security issues.
Compliance & Security:
Monitor and enforce compliance with bank standard policies and industry standards.
Implement security best practices across all tools and ensure audit readiness.
Automation & Optimization:
Develop and maintain automation scripts for tool configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
Optimize tool usage and workflows to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
Set up proactive monitoring and alerting for tool health and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool integration, performance, and access.
AI Integration and Implementation:
Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities within DevSecOps tools to enhance security scanning, anomaly detection and code quality analysis.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for tool configurations, upgrade procedures, and compliance checks.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for development and operations teams.
Who you are
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and tool administration.
Strong knowledge of SAST, SCA, DAST and IAST methodologies.
Strong understanding of application security principles and secure software development practices.
Leverage AI-driven capabilities to optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve deployment reliability and accelerate software delivery through intelligent automation.
Utilize AI-powered monitoring and analytics solutions for anomaly detection, predictive issue identification and proactive incident management across DevOps platforms.
Implement AI-assisted security and code quality practices, including vulnerability prioritization, risk assessment and automated recommendations to enhance DevSecOps outcomes.
Proven expertise in:
BlackduckHub, Coverity and Contrast
Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
Nexus Repository Manager
Jenkins CI/CD
SonarQube
Proven experience in managing upgrades and ensuring secure, compliant tool versions.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems and scripting (Shell, Python, Groovy, etc.)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an advantage.
