Responsibilities:
- The DevOps Engineer will work with a team of other principal and senior-level contributors to provide development and production support for the Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services. The DevOps Engineer will work as a team member with other DevOps engineers that are responsible for managing and improving the CM tools and processes, perform builds, package/install releases, and document changes to the components of the ICAM services. The DevOps engineer will collaborate with other DevOps engineers, system engineers, software engineers, and testers throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Software Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 7 years.
- Active TS/SCI w/ FSP
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing with:
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
- Experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Helm Charts
- Experience with writing Linux-based scripts for code integration and cron jobs using Bourne Shell, C, or Python and working in a command line environment
- Experience with deployment languages (Ansible, Groovy)
- Full Stack Java Development

- Excellent oral and written communication skills-Able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
