As a DevOps Automation Engineer, You Will:
  • Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and application automation solutions using Ansible.
  • Create and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and reusable automation frameworks.
  • Implement and manage Git-based development workflows, including version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD integration.
  • Develop and maintain automation pipelines to support infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational activities.
  • Integrate automation solutions with orchestration and scheduling platforms such as Rundeck, Ansible Tower, AWX, and Jenkins.
  • Develop and maintain YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates to support scalable and standardized automation practices.
  • Write, enhance, and maintain Python and Shell scripts for automation logic, validations, and custom integrations.
  • Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and optimize reliability, performance, and execution efficiency.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to drive automation initiatives.
  • Support Azure CI/CD pipeline implementation and continuous delivery processes.
  • Ensure automation solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and operational standards.
  • Contribute to automation strategy, platform standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and automation best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, or Platform Engineering environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Ansible, including playbook development, roles, inventories, and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and Shell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
  • Experience implementing and managing Git-based workflows using GitHub or GitLab.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration and scheduling tools such as Rundeck, Ansible Tower, AWX, or Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of YAML configuration management and Jinja2 templating.
  • Experience developing scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Understanding of infrastructure automation, configuration management, and DevOps best practices.
  • Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within enterprise-scale technology environments.
