Required Skills & Experience
Architecture Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Cloud Architecture and DevOps Architecture.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale cloud and DevOps platforms.
- Strong experience producing HLDs, LLDs, architecture diagrams, reference architectures, and technical design documentation.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure Well-Architected Frameworks.
- Experience defining architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
- Strong understanding of scalability, availability, resiliency, security, performance, and cost optimization.
Cloud & Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, EKS, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and related services.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including AKS, Storage, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Entra ID, Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry, and related services.
- Strong Kubernetes experience with EKS and/or AKS.
- Docker, Helm, GitOps, and cloud-native microservices.
IaC & DevOps
- Strong Terraform experience.
- Experience with CloudFormation, ARM Templates, Crossplane, and/or Ansible.
- Strong CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and/or ArgoCD.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting/automation experience.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles.
DevSecOps & Security
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps.
- Experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, container vulnerability scanning, and security testing.
- Strong knowledge of cloud IAM and security.
- Experience with AWS GuardDuty, Azure Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, SCPs, PIM, MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust concepts.
Observability & SRE
- Strong experience designing enterprise observability architectures.
- Hands-on experience with multiple observability technologies such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, or SCOM.

- Strong expertise in designing enterprise CI/CD platforms and DevOps automation frameworks
- Experience architecting AI-powered automation solutions for software delivery and platform operations
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted software engineering
- Experience designing intelligent workflow orchestration using modern AI automation frameworks

- Proven expertise implementing enterprise AIOps platforms (intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, incident prediction, automated remediation)
- Strong scripting and automation expertise using Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Experience architecting enterprise DevOps platforms including GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, AI automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration platforms
- Strong understanding of observability architecture, monitoring, centralized logging, distributed tracing, and alerting frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, solution architecture, and technical leadership skills
- Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI agent orchestration
