Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Engages in all DevOps processes and activities at the solution level, collaborating in pairing mode with peers to ensure effective implementation, fostering knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Streamlines software development cycles and feedback loops through rapid release by implementing orchestration and automation solutions, expediting the delivery of high-quality products.
• Provides essential tools and infrastructure support such as source control, quality/security analysis and CI/CD pipelines, enabling smooth, secure, and efficient development processes, fostering agility and collaboration.
• Develops and maintains automated build and deploy scripts, optimizing workflows and minimizing manual intervention for increased productivity, streamlining development operations.
• Architects, tests, and deploys scalable and reliable infrastructure for software products, ensuring seamless operation and user experience, enhancing reliability and scalability.
• Collaborates closely with engineering teams to handle code releases and swiftly troubleshoot any production issues, maintaining system stability and performance, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Advocates for the adoption of DevOps practices throughout the software development life cycle, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, promoting continuous improvement.
• Integrates customer feedback into DevOps processes, aligning development efforts with user needs and preferences, enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Utilizes data-driven approaches to analyze processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency gains, optimizing operational workflows.
• Implements robust telemetry and monitoring solutions to gather insights and optimize system performance, ensuring a resilient and responsive infrastructure, and proactively addressing potential issues.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Overall 10+ years of experience, at least a Bachelor degree in SW Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software Development, preferably within DevOps teams.
  • Strong Object Oriented development and design knowledge and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced C++; Good to have healthcare & Dicom knowledge & all phases of the SDLC
  • Strong experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TFS build, ADS, GitHub Actions, Pipeline-as-Code.
  • Experience in configuration management (configuration items identification, version control, build management, release management, change management)
  • Great team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and interpretation
  • Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications
  • Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills
  • Strong abstraction, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
  • Able to generate new solutions from vague problem statements. Full ownership for creating requirements
  • Participates in full process, working in pairing mode with equal.
  • Reviews, guides and coaches others in that domain.
  • Shares knowledge across teams.
  • Sets quality goals and development practices with the team
  • Can impact own and partially other teams results

Soft Skill set:  

  • Extremely good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ownership and accountability. Technical mentorship
  • Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
  • Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
  • Ability to innovate and foster innovation
  • Has a very good awareness on business context and products. Understands clinical/application domain and systems

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
