Introduction:

As device modeling engineer, the candidate is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver SPICE models for Process Design Kits development. Candidate should have strong interests and willing to learn Semiconductor physics and able to work with various departments/customers to deliver final product or to resolve issues. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer’s 1st time design success.

Your Job:

• Analyze and represent semiconductor devices with industry standard models.

• Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results

• Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues

• Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.

• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

• Some basic programming is needed for data analysis. Preferred python

Other Responsibilities: 

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Masters degree

• Min 2 Years of Experience

• Open to considering candidates with no prior experience

• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
