Join Maxis as a Device Management Intern and play an integral role in overseeing the full lifecycle of devices, from planning and ranging to pricing strategies, promotional activities, and End-of-Life (EOL) management. This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to impactful projects, and gain valuable insights into product lifecycle management within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Device Lifecycle Coordination: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of devices, ensuring alignment with Maxis' strategic business objectives, and assist in the planning, procurement, and timely rollout of devices across multiple platforms.

  • Marketing and Web Content Management: Create, update, and maintain marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency, and manage web content to ensure it remains engaging and reflective of current device offerings.

  • Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that inform device strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in Maxis’ device portfolio.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales enablement tools, such as product guides and training materials, to empower sales teams, and conduct training sessions to familiarize sales teams with new devices and promotions.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze device sales performance data to identify trends and insights and prepare regular reports and presentations to share findings with relevant stakeholders.
     

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
