We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Solution Architect to join the Device experience and Applications Marketplace team. Employee Productivity product line includes devices and tools that enable employees to be productive anywhere covering what an employee needs since the first day to be productive, from digital workplace to fit for purpose devices (laptops, virtual desktops, phones, tablets, etc.), including the set of applications and their availability for each persona.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing infrastructure technology solutions according to enterprise standards and aligned with business priorities

• Architecture review of currently existing infrastructure technology solutions to ensure continuous improvement and technical debt management

• Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new infrastructure technologies

• Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code

• Developing and communicating architectural strategy and roadmaps

• Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

• Partner with Product Managers to establish high-level solution intent to showcase product value for stakeholders

We need a passionate person who has:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)

• Hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:

  • Deep understanding of device management industry standards for Windows and Mobile devices, solution design, engineering and architecture. (Other platforms like Mac is considered a plus)

  • Experience developing and implement modern device self-service Zero Touch provisioning technologies like Autopilot and Apple DEP designing secure and scalable endpoint management  architectures

  • Experience  integrating device management architectures with Zero Trust network, security and identity architectures.

  • Experience designing and implementing infrastructure components in the cloud to complement device and application management architectures with focus on Microsoft Intune . Experience in other MDM solutions like Mobileiron, Airwatch or JamfPro will be considered as a plus, 

  • Architectural design in Virtual Apps and Desktop solutions like AVD, Citrix, Windows 365 and Nutanix 

  • Experience designing enterprise solutions to offer print capabilities (Xerox)

  • Configuration management and automation using leading CM tools in the industry. Hands-on experience in deployment automation using Powershell/Python Scripting with concentration on DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Rundeck,  Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub. Source Code Management experience

  • Modern Application automatic Packaging experience and understanding.

  • Advantage to have certifications like:  MSCE / O365 related 

• Experience in agile ways of working (e.g. SAFe)

• Experience operating in highly regulated environments

• Experience with modern architecture practices, including the effective use of non functional requirements and architecture decision records

• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire

• Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment

• Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
