Position Overview

• You will be part of a young team responsible for the Devices and SIM validation, within the Device & xSIM team. These tests are part of the service quality we provide to our customers. We operate a multi-site platform that follows strict security requirements, delivers services to customers around the world, and manages millions of subscriber profiles used into a multiple device brand. We foster a highly collaborative and diverse environment, value teamwork and autonomy, and take full accountability for our deliverables and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing acceptance tests in the new software device releases (iOS and Android)
• Guarantee non-regressions tests with the subsequent minor or major releases
• Validate the devices from Manufacturers or from Costumers requirement
• Assessment and interoperability at the customer Onboarding with their own devices, evaluating if are working properly with our services (Multi-IMSI, OTA, RSP...)
• Run tests in live and lab environment
• Validate new weekly footprint requests by product type
• Supporting internall teams with customer's addressed issues
• Executing and assure above responsabilities on Smartphones and IoT devices

Must Have

• More than three years of prior experience on mobile device field testing
• Should have Good Knowledge/Experience in Mobile testing/Drive Testing/Device Testing/ Field Testing
• Good knowledge/Experience with iOS and Android mobiles
• Knowledge on log tool of Mediatek, INTEL or QUALCOMM chipset
• Should have knowledge on 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G tecnologies
• Good knowledge of VoLTE, VoWiFi and 5G services
• Should have knowledge with AT-Commands to execute actions on IoT devices
• Knowledge in Network signalling flows
• Knowledge with SIM cards protocols like APDUs is an advantage
• Knowledge with scripting languages (python, perl,...) is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Knowledge with USIM, eSIM and iSIM protocols is an advantage
