L'équipe développe des solutions logicielles pour les principaux marchés financiers des Amériques, d'Asie et d'Europe. Les solutions doivent être compétitives pour développer ou consolider notre part de marché, lancer de nouveaux produits et saisir des opportunités. Nous promouvons une culture Agile à une échelle rarement explorée.
Responsabilités
Étudier, analyser et estimer les user stories dans le domaine d'activité du système de trading de financement des actions;
Orienter vers des solutions techniques/non techniques, évaluer des approches tactiques ou stratégiques, évaluer le calendrier des solutions;
Coordonner avec les analystes métier et les utilisateurs finaux pour comprendre les besoins de développement et obtenir des validations;
Développer des artefacts de code, des plans de déploiement, des mises à niveau techniques en conformité avec les normes de développement;
Coordonner avec les utilisateurs pour produire un plan de test complet et développer des critères de validation des utilisateurs. Participation active à l'analyse et à la documentation des résultats des tests et révision avec les utilisateurs finaux;
Participer à de grandes mises en œuvre de logiciels couvrant des mises à niveau trimestrielles et le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités;
Développer/implémenter des rapports et des extractions pour les utilisateurs internes sur demande.
Qualifications
Expérience pertinente: JAVA, Angular, IBM/RabbitMQ, Springboot, GitHub, Jenkins, SQL, SQL Server, Docker, Kubernetes, REST API;
Diplôme de licence ou de master en informatique ou équivalent;
Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
Capacité à travailler avec des systèmes d'information complexes;
Compétences collaboratives et esprit d'équipe;
Sens de l'organisation, méthodique, analytique;
Compétences en communication;
Expérience dans la banque d'entreprise et d'investissement ou la finance est un réel atout;
Connaissance de l'univers de la finance de marché (marchés d'actions, taux d'intérêt, dérivés, etc.), un atout;
Compétences en architecture sont un atout pour le rôle;
Connaissance d'Azure, un atout
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le rôle demandant de communiquer avec des clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
