General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Enhance the effectiveness of the development team by providing information-management support.
· Conserve team’s time by routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting, and analyzing information, writing thank you notes, and initiating and receiving telecommunications.
· Maintain confidential information by professional handling and filing appropriate forms.
· Assist in the preparation and support for all Development events (Occasional evenings and weekend hours)
· Prepare reports by following up on assigned projects.
· Assist department with mass communication efforts.
· Provides concise and timely information to inquiring parties as needed.
· Produces supportive material for meetings.
· Assists the Development department with mass mailings, marketing efforts, event preparation and execution, and administrative support as needed.
· Additional duties and responsibilities that are necessary and provided by the team.
· Assist with organizing contracts, invoices, and sponsorship records
· Track timelines and help ensure sponsor deliverables are completed on schedule
· Help coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-ups
· Maintain organized files for sponsor assets (logos, ads, signage, etc.)
· Assist with collecting and organizing sponsor materials (logos, ads, graphics)
· Help ensure sponsor recognition is accurate across communications and events
· Provide sponsor materials to the marketing team for newsletters, website, and social media
· Help coordinate sponsor needs leading up to and during events
· Support on-site logistics to ensure a smooth experience
QualificationsQualifications/Skills:
· Ability to apply common sense understanding and to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to ascertain which people may need immediate assistance and to act accordingly.
· Good computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, and Google document/management systems
· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Occasional overtime will be required (coincides with major events)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
· Regularly sit, talk, walk, hear, and to visually intercept visitors
· Computer work at the computer requiring repetitive finger motion and manual dexterity
· Good vision required (with correction) due to the need for focusing ability and close vision.
· Be able to occasionally lift between 10 – 20 pounds
· Works at desk and on a computer screen for extended periods of time
· Turns, bends, reaches and may occasionally use a step stool or ladder
· Works primarily in a traditional climate-controlled office environment with occasional outside travel between buildings
· Ability to handle moderate stress level as position requires multi-tasking and frequent interruptions

What We Do
Prestonwood Christian Academy is a private, Christ-centered school system serving students from Pre-K through 12th grade. It operates multiple campuses in Texas, including Plano and Prosper, as well as online and hybrid programs.
