Provide administrative and event support to the Development team: manage correspondence, maintain confidential files, assist with sponsor coordination and mass communications, prepare reports and meeting materials, support event logistics (including occasional evenings/weekends), and organize sponsor assets and deliverables.

Provide school nursing services including assessments, administration of medications per policy, communicable disease control, health screenings, recordkeeping, student advocacy, and staff health support while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Manage and promote school athletics through media relations, digital content creation, statistics management, event coverage, and brand stewardship. Produce press releases, social and web content, multimedia (photos/videos/graphics), game-day media operations, and archival records while supporting fundraising and strategic communications.

Support classroom teacher with supervision, classroom prep and cleanup, student assistance (restroom, clinic, lunch), supervising library and field trips, early care duty, and general administrative/clerical tasks while upholding Christian standards and professional conduct.

Lead system-wide early childhood and kindergarten programs across two campuses by designing admissions screening and placement systems, coaching teachers, implementing behavior interventions, engaging families, aligning curriculum Pre-K to Kindergarten, monitoring data, and providing centralized leadership for instructional quality and program consistency.
