We’re looking for a Development Services Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support complex energy projects from early-stage development through execution. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward through project coordination, document management, research, permitting support, client communications, and proposal efforts while helping ensure projects are delivered with a high level of quality and professionalism. 

What You’ll Do
  • Supporting utility-scale energy projects through project coordination, document management, and administrative support activities. 
  • Assisting Project Managers with agency research, permitting support, and compliance tracking across multiple states and jurisdictions. 
  • Preparing and maintaining project-related documents, technical memos, reports, site plans, and exhibits with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Conducting research and preparing exhibits using GIS, KMZ, ArcGIS, and Google Earth to support project planning and development efforts. 
  • Supporting BLM SF-299 applications, Plans of Development (PODs), and other project-related submittals. 
  • Coordinating project schedules, conference calls, meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities across project teams. 
  • Assisting with proposals and project setup. Collaborating with teams located across the United States while supporting strong communication between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Maintaining organized electronic project files in accordance with company document management standards and protocols. 
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall project coordination efforts.

  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholders. 
  • You enjoy supporting complex projects and helping teams stay organized and on track. 
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed to support project success. 
  • You have experience with GIS/KMZ tools and are comfortable working with project mapping exhibits and documentation. 
  • You have strong document formatting, proofreading, and editing skills. 
  • You’re proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 
  • You’re interested in renewable energy and excited to continue learning and growing within the industry. 
  • Experience in environmental sciences, project coordination, permitting, or related fields is preferred.
