The Development Officer - Operations will have primary responsibility for efficient management of Augusta Health Foundation’s back office functions. He/she will lead, manage, and implement functions including daily operations; financial recording and reporting; fund management; budget planning and tracking; gift processing and acknowledgements; administrative services; data systems utilization; data generation and analysis; and prospect research.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to five years of managing development systems (Raiser’s Edge or comparable system); office and program operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business, Accounting or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge fundraising software (or comparable donor database)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
