  • Design, develop, and deploy automated test systems and fixtures for complex electromechanical assemblies and robotic subsystems.
  • Architect hardware and software test infrastructure supporting product development, validation, and manufacturing environments.
  • Develop data acquisition systems, test algorithms, and automated test scripts with strong emphasis on repeatability, traceability, and reliability.
  • Write robust and maintainable test automation software using Python, C++, MATLAB, or similar scripting languages.
  • Develop reusable test frameworks, APIs, and libraries used across multiple manufacturing and development teams.

Hardware Validation & Electrical Debugging

  • Perform board-level, subsystem-level, and full system testing of electrical and electronic systems.
  • Debug and validate PCBA designs, power electronics, sensors, motor drivers, communication interfaces, and embedded systems.
  • Develop validation procedures using advanced instrumentation including:
    • Oscilloscopes
    • Logic analyzers
    • Power analyzers
    • Data acquisition systems
  • Support testing activities including EMI/ESD analysis, signal integrity, thermal performance, and system reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.

Mechanical & Electromechanical Systems Testing

  • Design and develop mechanical test fixtures and tooling for validation and manufacturing testing.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineering teams to evaluate actuators, motors, gear trains, encoders, and motion mechanisms.
  • Support testing of robotic kinematic chains, motion systems, and electromechanical subsystems.
  • Evaluate mechanical tolerances, alignment, vibration, and thermal effects that influence system performance.
  • Contribute to Design for Test (DFT), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA) strategies.

Robotics & System Integration

  • Support integration and validation of robotic subsystems and electromechanical platforms.
  • Develop test methodologies for systems involving:
    • Motion control
    • Sensors
    • Actuators
    • Embedded electronics
