We are looking for a Development Manager to join our team in Barangaroo on a fixed-term contract, ending in March 2026. In this role you will have the opportunity to work across two Masterplanned Communities developments, Jordan Springs & Kings Central.
Reporting to the Development Director, you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of residential masterplanned community projects, assisting in the provision of professional expertise in supporting project delivery in accordance with the agreed project framework, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and sustainability standards and to achieve required commercial outcomes.
About you:
You will have experience working in a similar role across development or project management, ideally in masterplanned residential communities. You will have a tertiary qualification in Property Economics or Business Property, Urban Design, Project Management or other relevant field.
A proactive attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential; aligned with a strong focus on delivery, strong communication skills and a collaborative nature consistent with developing and maintaining relationships internally and externally achieve results.
