Development Integration Engineer

We are looking for a senior, hands-on Development Integration Engineer to help design and deliver complex integrations between Browzwear platforms and enterprise customer ecosystems. 

This role goes beyond building simple connectors or APIs. You will work on end-to-end technical solutions involving multiple systems, backend services, workflow orchestration, and customer-facing technical discovery. 

You’ll collaborate closely with enterprise customers, internal product and engineering teams, and solution stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready integrations. 

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers, and building practical solutions that create measurable business value. 

What You’ll Do 

• Design and implement integrations between Browzwear platforms and customer systems  
• Build backend services and APIs that support scalable integration workflows  
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers  
• Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs and implementation plans  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across multiple systems and layers  
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to extend platform capabilities when needed  
• Contribute to integration architecture, tooling, and best practices  
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to accelerate delivery and improve solution quality  
• Write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer  
• Strong Python skills, particularly for embedded scripting within desktop applications. Experience with plugin/scripting APIs. 
• Experience building and maintaining backend APIs (REST or GraphQL), including design, authentication, deployment, and documentation.   
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and workflows (LLM APIs, AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering) as part of software development and technical solution design. 
• Knowledge of API security best practices, including OAuth and JWT. 
• Comfortable working with and extending existing C++ codebases when deeper platform capabilities are required. 
• Proven experience delivering complex integrations beyond simple connectors or webhooks, including multi-system orchestration, stateful workflows, custom middleware, and headless solutions. Able to independently scope, estimate, and drive projects to completion. 
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical consulting or delivery role, managing expectations across complex, multi-stakeholder projects. 
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and strong debugging/troubleshooting skills across both integration and engine-level systems. 
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discovery sessions, write solution specifications, and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, or other 3D software ecosystems 
• Knowledge of microservices architecture  
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure  
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases  
• Experience working in Agile environments 

Salary Range: 20,000 PLN to 25,000 PLN monthly gross
