Job Title: Development Executive – Lenovo ISG

At Ingram Micro, we help businesses fully realize the promise of technology™. Our HPE Business Unit is a key part of our Advanced Solutions division, representing modern infrastructure and data center vendors such as HPE, Nutanix, and Lenovo ISG. These strategic partnerships are vital to our continued growth and innovation.

We are currently seeking a Development Executive to lead and grow our Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business. This is a high-impact role focused on driving market share, deepening partner engagement, and executing strategic business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for Lenovo ISG across targeted accounts.
  • Increase frequency, recency, and yield of transactions with existing Lenovo ISG partners.
  • Expand share of wallet (SOW) with underpenetrated accounts.
  • Promote the full Lenovo ISG portfolio including compute, storage, services, and networking.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals and drive execution.
  • Engage with partners at all levels, including C-suite, to develop joint business strategies.

  • Proven ability to build and execute strategic business plans with vendors and partners.
  • Experience engaging with partners at the executive level to drive joint success.

What Stands Out on a Resume

  • Channel sales experience and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated success in technology sales or business development.
  • Certifications or training in relevant technologies or sales methodologies.
  • Evidence of teamwork, collaboration, and strong business judgment.
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of six years previous strategic, outside sales, account management experience (preferably in a related industry), or four years of technology or distribution experience in a sales or customer service capacity.

Compensation structure: 60/40 split

Location: Will entertain Hybrid if close to an IM location or Remote (Field)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
