We are seeking a skilled and solution-oriented .NET Developer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on building and supporting scalable backend systems and microservices-based applications. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and backend services while ensuring system reliability and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and support functions to diagnose issues, improve system stability, and deliver robust solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise in .NET/C#, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to take ownership of applications throughout their lifecycle.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and services using .NET and C#.
• Build and enhance microservices-based solutions that support business-critical applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues through detailed log analysis and root cause identification.
• Perform debugging and issue resolution to ensure optimal application performance and stability.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and support teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Participate in deployment activities, monitoring processes, and operational support functions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, software development best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and API development projects.
• Analyze application performance and recommend improvements for scalability and maintainability.
• Assist in incident management and resolution activities to minimize service disruptions.
• Work within Agile development environments and actively participate in sprint planning and delivery activities.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• Strong expertise in backend development, API design, and application integration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Experience working with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized application environments.
• Strong debugging, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze logs, identify system bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for application quality and reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
