The Development Coordinator will support fundraising strategy and operations for the US Wealth Markets team, with a focus on data management, reporting, complex calendaring, and process coordination. This role will also provide parallel operational and data support for the Natural Partner Program, ensuring consistency in reporting, systems use, and workflow execution across both areas. The Coordinator partners closely with the Associate Director of Development Operations and cross-functional teams, serving as a resource to fundraisers by ensuring accurate data, actionable reporting, and consistent systems that inform strategic decision-making.

The Coordinator will manage and maintain donor and prospect data within TNC’s CRM system (BBCRM), pull and analyze reports, and track portfolio activity and performance. They will support fundraiser strategies by maintaining prospect pipelines, preparing materials for strategy discussions, and coordinating and managing complex scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders to support donor engagement and internal planning. The Coordinator will ensure data integrity to guide engagement plans and decision-making. This role will also support the development, documentation, and refinement of processes and workflows, improving efficiency and consistency across the team. The Coordinator applies established processes and practices to improve team effectiveness and ensure smooth operations.

Using tools such BBCRM, the Coordinator will produce reports, monitor progress on key fundraising metrics, and provide data-driven insights. The position involves regular collaboration with internal teams to troubleshoot system questions, reinforce best practices, and support implementation of operational improvements. Administrative support and special project work will be included as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.  

  • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.  

  • Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines. 

  • Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.

  • Ability to analyze information for the purpose of preparing reports, coordinating efforts and solving problems.

  • Ability to apply research skills. 

  • Ability to write and edit written materials for use with donor solicitations, member communications, and special events. 

  • Experience, coursework, or other training in fundraising principles & practices.

  • Experience working with databases, including managing and tracking data.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary Information:

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $26.89 - $39.47 per hour. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
