We are developing the Ericsson Network Location System (formerly MPS - Mobile Positioning System), which is used by more than 120 mobile operators worldwide. We not only have more than 40% market share, but our market is about to explode, driven by the positioning needs of IoT, 5G and self-driving cars. From early studies and proofs of concept to deployment, we are responsible for the complete life cycle of the product. Indoor and outdoor positioning 5G, IoT, Cloud development and modern SW delivery pipelines are all technologies we are using in our daily development practices. Ericsson Hungary is now looking for a Developer who either already has experience with Private/Public Clouds or is eager to start working with cutting-edge technologies such as microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes.

What you will do:
- Design and drive the implementation of the product's functional and non-functional requirements, working in an Agile team
- Own the implemented functionality: from design and implementation to production troubleshooting
- Be responsible for the quality of the technical solution
- Drive innovation by coming up with new ideas related to our product/our processes
The skills you bring:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
- Cloud Infrastructure knowledge such as working experience in Service Based Architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Experience in C++
- Solid knowledge in Linux
- Experience in creating advanced software architectures, redesign and refactoring
- Familiarity with version control systems (GIT)
- Good command of English
