Old Republic Title is looking for a driven and curious Application Developer ready to grow their career in software development. What You’ll Do:
Formulate and contribute to the definition of system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderate to complex information systems.
Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and support of applications using .NET and SQL technologies.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and analysts to understand and implement business requirements.
Troubleshoot bugs and deliver clean, maintainable code.
Apply Agile development practices in a team setting.
Stay curious and continuously improve through mentorship and training.
What You Bring:
A degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Passion for software development and learning new technologies.
Familiarity with C#.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, or similar.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A team mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
EXPERTISE:
Experience developing software from design specifications with minimal assistance and able to manage code in a team environment.
Proficient in unit testing and other quality assurance activities.
Competent to work on most phases of application systems analysis and programming.
EXPERIENCE:
Typically has 2-5 years of relevant experience.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Web application and/or service development experience, preferably with Microsoft technologies such as C#.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core and Typescript or JavaScript.
Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or higher.
Troubleshooting abilities in the listed technologies.
Experience with tools such as source control (GIT, TFS), change control, code review, code quality and/or security scan.
Experience designing and developing with JavaScript frameworks (Angular) and the NPM ecosystem preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields; or equivalent work experience.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position's Pay Range:
$75,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year.Benefits may include:
