We are seeking a PEGA Developer with 3–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow and case management applications using PEGA Platform 24.x. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain PEGA 24.x applications, workflows, case types, and business rules.
- Configure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Leverage PEGA 24.x features, including Constellation architecture, low-code capabilities, and AI-driven automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
- Ensure application quality through testing, troubleshooting, and adherence to PEGA best practices and guardrails.
- Support deployments, production issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver business value.
- 3–4 years of hands-on PEGA development experience.
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) – Mandatory.
- Experience with PEGA Platform 24.x (or recent PEGA Infinity versions).
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and PEGA best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Experience with PEGA GenAI, Process AI, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and Deployment Manager.
