Description
Clarity PPM (Broadcom PPM) plays a key role in WDC’s entire Engineering and R&D functions business planning and decision making. Clarity serves as a system of record in terms of Programs and Projects portfolio management, Resource planning and tracking, OpEx and CapEx detailed Planning and tracking, etc.

Job Purpose
In this position, you will assume an overall responsibility and accountability for Agile & PPM platforms, Clarity and Jira, including but not only to on-going enhancements, new features, capabilities, modules, New UX, Integration and interfaces with other systems, requirement gathering, design, , communication and rollout.

In addition, you will also be responsible for Clarity analytics that includes new and existing reports design, enhancement, and along with Tableau based dashboards.

Summary and Key Responsibility:

In this role, you will:
Drive the utilization, enhancement, and evolution of the Clarity PPM tool ensuring scalability to meet evolving business needs.
Manage system updates, testing, and related activities including the creation and execution of test scripts, coordination of UAT testing, communications, etc.
Maintain systems related artifacts and documentation, training materials, and valuable insights for users on WDC SharePoint site website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology related.

• 2+ years of experience in functional modules (like Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Timesheet Management, Financial Management, Demand Management and Jaspersoft reports) of Clarity.

• Configure Clarity PPM and translating requirements into design and workable solution
• Good understanding of Clarity Administration like Time Period Setup, Resource Setup, Project Financials, Security and Permissions Management, Jobs setup and scheduling Processes, Jaspersoft Report scheduling, Financial setup, new UX
• Good understanding of the Clarity PPM Data Architecture

• Good experience in SQL and XOG

• Good knowledge and experience with the new Clarity UI functionalities, capabilities and configuration.

• Knowledge in GEL Script, REST API, Process automation and Integrations a benefit

• Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to environment, performance etc.
• Interact with other IT departments to resolve issues related to integrations, Database issues, Security, etc.

• Good analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines, work efficiently and productively, communicate, both verbally and written
