Job Description

As a Developer we expect that you will have to work with IoT (Internet of Things), Data Science, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) through implementations, integrations, customizations, enhancements, and upgrades in both on-prem and cloud environments. The work is demanding, and provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. Our focus is on helping clients extract value from their software solutions, not just on making the technology work.

Reporting to a Technical Director

Your Responsibilities:

• You will develop technical and functional specifications based on software design and performance.
• You will help with the data modeling and requirement definition mapping.
• Your work will involve 70% focused on code development and modification and 30% on troubleshooting.
• You will provide client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades and enhancements.
• You will develop software extensions and integrations using specific APIs.
• You will ensure quality of code by performing unit testing and code reviews.
• You will perform intermediate system configuration and customization.
• You will perform intermediate installations of tools to support development.
• You will report status within DevOps tools.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Digital Software Development, or related; or equivalent experience.
• Legal Authorization to work in Mexico is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 1+ years of experience developing in any of the following Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL languages, or related.
• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting.
• Experience with Relational and Non-Relational databases.
• Functional support and enablement for users.
• Build system configuration changes and application enhancements.
• Experience using leading software development practices, technical documentation (requirements, functional specifications, test plans).
• Exposure to AWS and Azure cloud.
• 1+ years of experience with our requirements and the process of translating them into well-engineered and integrated technical solutions;.
• 1+ years of experience developing and publishing mobile applications.
• 1+ years of experience with Network management.
• 1+ years of experience working with PLM systems.
• Knowledge in Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or SOA.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Groovy Script, and HTML.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms and cloud IoT tools.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, such as Cosmos, Dynamodb or MongoDB.
