How you’ll make an impact:
Partner with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to design and deliver mobile solutions that support warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications that are secure, reliable, and optimized for enterprise use.
Build and integrate mobile applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, cloud services, and backend systems.
Develop proof-of-concepts and innovative mobile capabilities, including barcode scanning, automation, notifications, and AI-enabled features.
Identify performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement reusable components and frameworks to improve application quality and development efficiency.
Support mobile application modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, architecture improvements, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Follow and promote Android development best practices, coding standards, security requirements, and agile development methodologies.
Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment processes.
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of Android application development experience.
Strong proficiency in Java.
Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile application architecture patterns
Experience with Git
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
