Job SummaryThe Developer III, DevOps & Platforms, creates solutions for our customer's problems and take a sense of ownership in working towards the envisioned solution on time and under budget. You will be specializing in Terraform is a senior-level engineer responsible for automating, managing, and scaling infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure secure, consistent, and efficient deployment across cloud environments.
Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Contribute to the standardization and rollout of Terraform modules that align with AMN’s security and compliance requirements.
Support the migration and consolidation of build infrastructure into Kubernetes clusters to improve performance and reduce costs.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues across on-prem and cloud environments.
Document solutions and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and reusability across teams.
Leverage AI tools and platforms to enhance DevOps workflows, and actively support company-wide AI initiatives by integrating intelligent automation, monitoring, and optimization into infrastructure and deployment processes.
Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, BICEP, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices, including Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions.
Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS, including containerization, cloud-native architecture, and API management.
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on clarity and documentation.
Education & Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 3-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Software engineering experience
Extensive experience with Azure and AWS, including: Cloud infrastructure design and management, Cloud native designs, Containerization, API Management, and Github
VMWare experience
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Pay Rate$101,000 - $120,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
