What you’ll achieve
As a Developer Experience Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will focus on improving the overall experience of developers within the Infrastructure Solutions organization. This role’s mission is to optimize the developer experience by providing top-tier tooling, automation, and streamlined workflows. This is achieved through close collaboration, targeted support, and measuring the impact of improvements to foster a culture of efficiency and innovation.
You will:
- Develop Automation framework and plans for improving developer experience across different time horizons: Address current pain points and quick wins. Implement medium-term strategies to enhance workflows and tools. Plan for long-term improvements and innovations to sustain and advance developer productivity.
- KPI Analysis: Utilize available resources and tools to study both agile team metrics and developer-specific KPIs, including leading and lagging indicators, to drive data-informed decisions.
- Developer Happiness Measurement: Create a consistent way to measure developer happiness through:
- Qualitative: Discussion-based feedback loops to gather insights and sentiments.
- Quantitative: Happiness scores at the end of sprints or releases to track satisfaction levels.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years of hands-on Python development, including advanced Object-Oriented Design and Programming
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems
- Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., pytest)
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)
Desirable Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
