Job Description
Responsiibiilliittiies
•Operate multiplatform systems across Mainframe, AS400, Unix and Wintel.
•Perform real time monitoring of systems, ATM and network equipment’s and manage exceptions.
•Perform timely escalation to support team to ensure alerts/exceptions are promptly managed.
•Support recovery of IT Related incidents (software/hardware/applications)
•Monitor batch workload processing ensuring seamless execution of scheduled batch jobs and ad-hoc request from stakeholders and Monitoring of the batch job execution across platforms using tools like BMC Control-M, Mainframe, AS400.
•Perform batch submission, backup, recovery, and restart functions.
Key Requirements
•Minimum Degree/Diploma in IT
•3-5 years of working experience in related industry.
•Experience working on Control-M Job processing – preferably version 8/9.
•Hands-on experience in supporting operational activity for AS400, mainframe, Open system (Unix & Windows)
•End user experience using Remedy Tool (Change and Incident module)
•Experience in Alert Monitoring & Escalation via Geneos, Splunk & Mainframe. Experience with other monitoring tool are added advantage.
•Good communication skill with proficiency in English.
•Proven ability to work independently and under pressure.
•Team Player with good interpersonal skills.
•Able to work on 12 hours shift rotation - 24*7 Working environment based on Rota.
•Must be ready to work on weekends & public holiday adhering to planned duty

Skills Required
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry
- Experience with Control-M job processing, preferably versions 8 or 9
- Hands-on operational support experience with AS400, mainframe, Unix, and Windows systems
