WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟We’re searching for a Developer Enablement Engineer who enjoys solving developer pain points and making technical systems work better for everyone.
You’ll own our developer documentation and onboarding materials, and guide the adoption of tooling, best practices, and workflows. If you get satisfaction from seeing developers ship faster, smarter, and more confidently, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀Documentation & Knowledge Management- Own and evolve the developer onboarding experience, guiding engineers during onboarding and helping them find answers on “How to…”.
- Build, maintain, and improve internal knowledge bases, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
- Translate tribal knowledge into clear, accessible resources (Notion, GitHub, Docs-as-Code).
- Announce infra and platform updates, and communicate changes across teams proactively.
- Align with engineering managers and tech leads on standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Design and deliver technical enablement sessions such as workshops, tech talks, and lunch & learns.
- Contribute to improving developer tooling UX, including setup scripts, templates, and CLI tools.
- Advocate for smoother flows across GitHub, CI/CD, secrets management, and other dev tools.
- Identify pain points in developer workflows and collaborate to implement effective solutions.
You’ll need:
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience, preferably with high-load systems.
- Proficiency in PHP; Python and TypeScript are a plus.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Familiarity with modern engineering workflows (Git, CI/CD, containerized environments).
- Excellent written communication; able to simplify complex topics.
- Experience with documentation platforms (Markdown, Notion, Docs-as-Code tools).
- Empathy for developers and curiosity to continuously improve their day-to-day experience.
- Ability to design lightweight DX feedback loops (surveys, usage stats, pain point tracking).
It would be great if you have:
- Experience in infra, platform, or developer experience roles.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM developer tools.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Experience automating documentation or managing doc-as-code pipelines.
- Experience creating developer advocacy content or internal comms strategy.
- Previous work in high-growth or scale-up environments where infra and DX evolve rapidly.
