Roles and Responsibilities:
RPA Development and Implementation:
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python in accordance with Tyson standards, design principles, and conventions.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation solutions and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
- Support multiple RPA projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective RPA solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively.
- Ensure best practices in RPA development, including coding standards, code reviews, and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and tools.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Must have skills:
- Experience with RPA Tools: Blue Prism 6.8, 7+ versions, Blue Prism Capture, Blue Prism Interact, Blue Prism Hub, Power Automate, AI Hub, and OCR Engines like AWS Textract.
- Strong programming skills in Python for process automation.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple RPA projects.
- Proficiency in risk management and timely project delivery.
- Proven experience in mentoring RPA development teams.
- Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement skills.
- Enthusiasm for exploring new RPA developments and technologies.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and drive innovation.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
- Experience in building Agents using Gen AI/LLMs.
- Knowledge of other automation tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in process analysis and optimization.
- Preferred knowledge on OCR engines like ABBYY and Palantir.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Python.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Certification in Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other relevant RPA tools is a plus.
