H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Developer. The Developer will be responsible for automating manual processes, updating existing tools, creating new tools, and federating data.


The Developer responsibilities will include:

·        Design, develop, test, and deploy business process automation solutions using data from the Navy’s Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Services (eMASS) system for Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Microsoft 365 telemetry, vulnerability and compliance scans.

·        Utilize Application Programming Interface (API) connections for data exchange between systems.

·        Maximize efficiency and improve quality by automating existing manual processes.

·        Develop the ability to parse completed templates from Microsoft Word and Excel files.

·        Load completed templates into a web-based system (eMASS).

·        Write queries and programs to match and analyze data and take an appropriate action based on various use cases

·        Analyze identified discrepancies, understand root cause, and recommend system enhancements to prevent discrepancies in the future.

·        Document process, designs, test results, and analysis (as required).

·        Develop, implement, and administer Cybersecurity Risk reporting dashboards in Splunk and Microsoft Power BI.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Secret Security Clearance Required.
  • No Travel Required.
  • 2+ years of development experience with common programming/scripting languages such as Visual Basic, PowerShell, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
  • Experience using relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience using APIs for data exchange.
  • Experience supporting Agile efforts in a SCRUM environment.
  • Experience developing with Power Business Intelligence / Power Apps.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts a plus.
  • Experience with NIST RMF processes a plus.
