Develop at Ubisoft is one of several talent programs we offer to engage and support different audiences across the industry.
Please note: this program is a mentorship program and is not tied to any hiring process.
From January to May 2027, selected mentees will work on a project based on a given theme. They will be mentored by volunteer Ubisoft developers, including from our mobile studios, who will provide feedback and guidance throughout the mentorship to help them develop their own personal project.
In the Game Design track, you will pitch a design outlining your intentions and how it will impact player experience, as well as follow the production journey of a Game Designer at Ubisoft.
