The Dev Ops Analyst will support the Bank’s technology and operational objectives to design, develop, and implement automation solutions, workflows, pipelines, and integrations that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery. This position assists in building and maintaining automation and AI-driven tools, including applications, agents, SharePoint workflows, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, to streamline routine tasks, enhance collaboration, support predictive maintenance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The role partners with IT and business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities, define requirements, evaluate risks and resources, and align automation initiatives with the Bank’s strategic plan, security standards, and compliance requirements. This position also communicates technical concepts clearly to varied audiences, develops actionable recommendations, and supports successful execution of automation and workflow projects across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Automation and Dev Ops
- Collaborate to design, develop, and deploy automation, pipelines, and workflows using tools like Ansible, Azure Automation, Power Automate, and PowerApps to streamline IT and Bank processes.
- Partner in building and maintaining AI applications, agents, and integrations to automate routine tasks, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making.
- Create and optimize SharePoint workflows, custom apps, and integrations with Microsoft Power Platform to improve collaboration and business processes, incorporating design input from multiple sources.
- Align automation strategies with the Bank's strategic plan, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Jointly identify opportunities for process improvement through emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed automation solutions, accounting for risks, resources, and scope.
- Work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop potential efficiencies with automation, workflows, and project work.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on trade-offs; commit to actions using logical assumptions while considering resources, constraints, organizational values, and changing environments.
- Express ideas effectively in individual and group situations, adjusting style to audience needs; listen attentively and verify understanding.
- Infrastructure Administration and Engineering
- Collaborate with the IT leaders on the design, implementation, optimization, and security of the Bank's servers, networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), including advanced routing, switching, virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, site reliability and hybrid connectivity solutions.
- Perform proactive maintenance, monitor backups/replication/disaster recovery, ensure security patching/updates, and conduct periodic DR testing/application upgrades
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues across on-premises and cloud environments; provide higher tier escalation and on-call/emergency support.
- Attend project meetings, communicate status/roadblocks/delays, carry out detailed tasks, and provide regular project updates.
- Non-Essential Functions

- Contribute beyond expectations to enhance service, anticipate issues, and demonstrate positive initiative.
- Exercise individual discretion and best judgment in technical changes.
- Respond to trouble calls from Bank Ops/Technical Support following the model.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree in information technology or related field and 4 years of experience in information technology; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Dev Ops and infrastructure administration required.
- Knowledge of bank software applications and functionality.
- Knowledge of bank network including LAN, phone lines, VPN access, connections and services.
- Skills operating a personal computer including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Skills troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $38.85-$53.45 per hour. The compensation offered will fall within this range, commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills.
