Supports audit and assurance teams through financial reporting assessments, audit methodology application, internal controls evaluation, data quality validation, and governance analysis. As a Detroit - DAT - Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies. Responsibilities
- Supporting audit teams in conducting independent assessments of financial reporting
- Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to enhance transparency and compliance
- Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain insights into regulatory requirements
- Assisting in the evaluation of internal controls and governance frameworks
- Engaging in basic tasks related to data quality assurance and validation processes
- Collaborating with teams to apply cloud engineering principles in audit processes
- Contributing to the development and testing of artificial intelligence platforms for audit purposes
- Gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal and professional skills in audit and assurance
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
