Job Description

As a Project Manager you will lead cross-functional teams for DMS projects in Haifa, ensuring clarity, prioritization, risk management, and effective execution from an early engineering need to serial production. This role partners closely with Program Leadership to align project direction with Philips business priorities.

Your role :

  • Lead project planning and execution across the full product lifecycle.
  • Drive project teams to meet agreed deliverables, schedules, quality targets, performance requirements, and budget commitments.
  • Prepare and manage official project milestones, gates, reviews, and decision points.
  • Coordinate activities across all relevant functions, including R&D, engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, program leadership, and external partners.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and issue resolution throughout execution.
  • Create clear and efficient communication across cross-organizational functions and ensure transparency.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to the project organization and support.
  • Protect intellectual property and maintain appropriate security of project documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Clinical Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of cross-functional project management, technical leadership or team leadership experience in a multidisciplinary company.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project goals while balancing quality, performance, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, project management across the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with IEC, FDA, EMC, and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results.
  • Fluent English at presentation level for technical design reviews, discussions, Teams or Zoom calls, and written communication.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
