- Strong knowledge of admission processes, visa regulations, scholarships, and education systems for major European destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Malta, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, and other European countries.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
