C&K Meats is a world-class pork producer operation based in Eye, near Diss. The business is part of the hugely successful CPC Foods in the UK and the international food company Premium Food Group.
We are now recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join our growing team. Despatch Operatives ensure the smooth running of the loading bay, enabling us to meet the needs of the business and retain high levels of customer service.
Main duties will include:
Picking and packing products
Scanning pallets in and out
Stock rotation
Loading and unloading as required this includes heavy lifting of carcasses
Performing other duties as required
Driving Shunter Truck, training where required will be provided
Who are we looking for?
Great organisational skills
Good numeracy skills
Previous experience working in a loading bay or warehouse is preferred, however, full training can be given to the right candidate
A full UK driving licence is essential
What we can offer you:
Hourly rate £13.64 per hour moving to £14.64 with completed shunter licence
Overtime will be paid for hours worked above 45, at a rate of time and a half
28 days of holiday including bank holiday
