We are currently seeking a Field Operations & Dispatch Specialist with operations experience to join our team in Nogales. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely assignments and accurate documentation.
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, providing field support, guidance, and quick solutions during route incidents or delays.
- Manage and review transportation and customs-related documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Track shipments in real time, addressing operational issues and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customs, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch and field operations, preparing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of safety and efficiency strategies for field operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch, customs, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of customs processes and transportation regulations in Mexico/USA.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TMS knowledge is a plus.
- Intermediate–Advanced English level.
