Job Description:

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Systems Specialist to join our team in Gyeonggi-Do.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and maintaining desktop systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users for desktop systems, software, and hardware

Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop system issues

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure system compatibility and integration

Develop and maintain documentation for desktop systems and procedures

Assist with the implementation of new desktop systems and technologies

Manage office access control systems, including door entry systems and employee access badges

Administer employee ID badges and access permissions

Coordinate office facilities support and maintain office equipment and supplies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT support and desktop system administration

Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, software, and hardware

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Has moderate English speaking and writing skills
