About this Position
Primerica is looking for a SME of Microsoft Intune, SCCM and WSUS that can assist taking our windows end points to the next level of automation. That would include delivering application upgrades, security patches, along with developing Auto-Piloting for zero-touch deployments. Candidate should have minimum of 5 years hands on experience along with working in a team oriented environment. This position will be under the PC Services department. PC Services Desktop Support Tech III position is a service provider out of the Data Center that helps to manage projects and direction for PC Services. Provides support for Primerica employee's computer devices (hardware and software) and supports initiatives and direction of the Company. Provides administrative support to the various system tools available to PC Services (MS SCCM, MS Intune, Ivanti patch system, VMware and MS Active directory).
This will be an 100% onsite position

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support Primerica Employee's with electronic devices
Respond and interact with user's 2nd level Helpdesk calls for Desktop support for hardware and software issues and Primerica's A/V conference rooms (the calls are tracked via ServiceNow). - Deliver and install new hardware and software to corporate users
Build, deliver, install and guide the user on how to use the product and/or products (purchases for computers, monitors, keyboards, etc. ordered through PC Services). - Assist facilities department with electronic relocations for employees work environment
- Relocate user's PC, peripherals, and cables from one location to another and ensure functionality for user. Track network connectivity for the endpoint and track the station location on the network due to security protocol.
- Administers and maintain systems of PC Services Tools
- Understands the concepts and functionality of the following systems:
- Microsoft SCCM, Vmware and Horizon, Ivanti Patch management, Microsoft WSUS, apple devices JamF and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Monitor the health of the system along with performing builds, policy delivery, and installations.
- Helps to coach / develop PC Services personnel and anyone else into understanding the subsystem work within the Primerica computing environment.
- This person is the go-to with understanding the tools, applications and the technological functions for the end user experience.
- Properly Dispose of Primerica End of Life electronic devices
Follow the process and procedures of PC Services for disposing and organizing the End-of-Life Primerica electronic assets that are no longer functioning. Assist teammates in palletizing and storing EOL electronic equipment in our receivable room and loading dock. - Provides training, guidance or mentoring to team members; no formal supervisory responsibilities
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS
- Some college or Associate's degree in Hardware and Software of computer devices, Business Information Systems, Networking required
- 6 - 10 years hands on experience with different operating systems from MacOS, windows, and understanding of Linux.
- Knowledge of Primerica's data center.
- Knowledge of basic concepts of network helpful since the endpoints work on the Primerica network.
- Communicate effectively both verbal and written,
- Good knowledge of the computers and a desire to learn new products and systems.
- Is energetic and personable.
- Understand Primerica's sub-system and how the endpoint interacts the system.
- Strong knowledge of computing devices (Windows, Apple) but also understanding corporate's computing and security standards.
