We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst. This position will be full-time and remote.
This is a 3–6-month position with possible extension.
Candidate must have Experience with Microsoft Authenticator.
What You’ll Do
Engage with customers to support and resolve technical issues with Microsoft Authenticator through completion, providing a high-level of customer experience with each interaction
Resolve Microsoft Authenticator issues over the phone, helping with whatever is needed
Use Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft products
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for PC and Mac users.
Problem-solving and troubleshoot for Authenticator users
Document and track issues as they arise
What You'll Need
Required:
Strong understanding of two-factor authentication, multi-factor authentication, and password less authentication
A strong customer focus and skills in delivering support required.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
Education: 2 year or IT related degree
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
