We are seeking a Desktop Support - AV Analyst to join our team full-time, working onsite in Trenton, NJ. This role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting audio/video productions and live event support, including operating video conference room technologies.
What You'll Do
Prepare, operate, support, and maintain audio/video IT equipment during recording sessions or live events
Collaborate with presenters, producers, directors, and other team members to achieve desired sound/video
Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio, video, and IT equipment
Travel to alternative work office locations within NJ (Newark, Trenton, Cherry Hill regions) as required based on event calendar and scheduling
What You'll Need
Minimum of 3 years experience with sound dynamics and acoustics
Audio/video production experience in various technologies and software (Crestron, Extron, Polycom, Adobe, Camtasia)
Hands-on helpdesk experience within the Windows environment (5 years required)
Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to audio, video, and PC hardware
Ability to work with senior management supporting events and cope with a fast-changing environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in documenting processes and providing knowledge transfer
Experience with virtual conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Skype, GoTo meetings, Webex
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.92 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
