Job Description:
** 3 days per week in office.
The Opportunity:
You will complete tasks in resourceful and effective ways to support all Qualifacts teams and new initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide hardware and software support for both remote and in-office users.
Provide direct service for IT networks.
Will maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks.
Stay updated on new developments in, and analyze reviews of, computing technologies.
Maintain and manage Active Director (including set up of new users), Administer Azure and Office 365 environments.
Assist team with Corporate IT projects.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
Advanced English level.
Basic understanding of Active Directory and Windows/Mac troubleshooting skills.
Enthusiastic problem solver, with attention to detail and effective communications skills.
