The Mission: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Secure Services & Support (HEITS) for the continual operations and maintenance and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).
Leidos is seeking a broadly experienced candidate to provide Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely, with excellent communication skills and the ability to support VIP and VVIP customers. This position will work with Active Directory and Exchange to create/modify/terminate accounts, as well as troubleshoot workstation, printers, and other peripheral devices. Additional tasks include imaging, installing, and configuring workstations and troubleshooting Windows 10 and above and Microsoft Office suite. Candidate should be interested in learning new technology and providing support to the user community.

Successful candidates must possess the following skills:
- Conveying and interfacing with customers and Leidos Site Lead on issues and daily tasking.
- Providing Tier 1 and 2 support for multiple domains with users locally and remotely.
- Working with Active Directory and Exchange to create, modify and terminate accounts.
- Troubleshooting workstation, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Imaging, installing, and configuring workstations.
- Troubleshooting Windows 10 and above, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Learning new technology and providing support to the user community as well as issuing and maintaining Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) tokens.
- Working with automated Help Desk tools such as Microsoft System Center, Remedy, and ServiceNow.
- Troubleshooting Citrix desktop visualization environment and thin client.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience will be considered.
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills and able to work in a professional environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
