What You’ll Do:

  1. Troubleshoot & Resolve End-User Issues – Provide first/second-level support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across Windows 7-10, Mac OS, and MS Office 365. Use diagnostic tools to perform Break/Fix repairs on desktops, laptops, and printers, ensuring all actions are documented in the ticketing system.

  2. Manage Escalations & Vendor Coordination – Escalate complex AV and antivirus issues to Third Party Vendors while maintaining proactive communication with end-users. Engage supervisors to ensure SLA compliance and operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.

  3. Mentor Junior Staff & Support Project Work – Guide Band 1 technicians in troubleshooting techniques and assist Band 3 Engineers by preparing detailed ticket diagnostics. Participate in project-based assignments and perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.





RequirementsWhat You Need:
  1. Active Certifications & Degree – A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, plus CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher.

  2. Administrative Access to Core Systems – Permissions for Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, Windows PC/laptop management, and enterprise diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware.

  3. MDM & Encryption Platforms – Access to Mobile Device Management (MDM) consoles for iOS/Android and enterprise encryption solutions to enforce security compliance.

  4. Vendor Support Channels – Established communication pathways and administrative interfaces with Third Party Vendors for rapid resolution of complex AV, printer, and antivirus issues.

  5. Off-Hours Schedule & Shift Plan – A defined on-call rotation or flexible shift schedule to cover weekends and after-hours project work, with clear handover protocols to maintain 24/7 support continuity.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or higher
  • Administrative access and experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
  • Experience managing Windows PC/laptop environments (Windows 7-10) and macOS troubleshooting
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) consoles for iOS and Android
  • Familiarity with enterprise encryption solutions and enforcing security compliance
  • Experience using enterprise diagnostic tools and ticketing systems, documenting work in tickets
