We are seeking a skilled Desktop Engineer with 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in hardware troubleshooting, OS installation, network configuration, and system security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware & System Support: Desktop assemble, laptop troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
- OS Installation & Maintenance: Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac installation, updates, and issue resolution.
- Network & Security Systems: Camera/DVR setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- WiFi & Network Configuration: Setup and troubleshooting of WiFi, switches, and routers.
- Cabling & Lab Setup: Creating and managing network cables for labs and workstations.
- Email & Application Support: Outlook and third-party email setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Biometric Systems: Installation, configuration, and support for biometric authentication devices.
- DNS & Domain Management: Understanding of DNS records, domain setup, and configurations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network management.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience with Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac OS installation, updates, and maintenance.
