Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 Technician to provide advanced computer, network, and technical support to our client. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glen Cove, NY, with occasional travel to nearby locations (within a five-mile radius).
This is a full-time, on-site position. Work hours are from 8:30a -4:00p, M-F.

- Install, configure, and support network operating systems
- Resolve complex workstation issues (PC and Mac)
- Install, upgrade, and test industry-standard software and operating systems
- Administer databases, internet/intranet systems, and maintain secure access across workstations
- Configure, install, and maintain network switches
- Design and support simple computer networks
- Provide additional technical support across wireless networks, mobile devices, console controls, and peripheral equipment
- Support other IT-related tasks and special projects as needed
- 3–5 years of technical support experience in a professional setting
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (local travel required)
- Network+ and CCNA certifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills in an enterprise environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in education environments is a plus
